The Employer Network is designed to match talented bootcamp graduates with great organizations. Our goal is to build a diverse network of quality companies so that apprentices have the opportunity to interact with many different companies that desire access to an exciting new pool of talent. A large percentage of our apprentices come from out-of-state to learn and are willing to live and work wherever there is demand.
Our programs instill the values and methods that allow apprentices to design and create high-quality software using industry standard tools and techniques. Apprentices have experience with the software development process from concept to completion and can demonstrate their contribution to real-world projects. We strive to produce entry-level software engineers who are ready to step into professional development organizations and be productive quickly.

We typically allow our apprentices to start interviewing in week nine of our bootcamps. As a part of our Employer Network, you will have access to apprentice biographies and resumes before they hit the open market. Around 80 percent of our apprentices receive offers before the program ends, so being a member of the Employer Network is a significant hiring advantage.
