Expand Your Talent Pool

The Employer Network is designed to match talented bootcamp graduates with great organizations. Our goal is to build a diverse network of quality companies so that apprentices have the opportunity to interact with many different companies that desire access to an exciting new pool of talent. A large percentage of our apprentices come from out-of-state to learn and are willing to live and work wherever there is demand.

Our programs instill the values and methods that allow apprentices to design and create high-quality software using industry standard tools and techniques. Apprentices have experience with the software development process from concept to completion and can demonstrate their contribution to real-world projects. We strive to produce entry-level software engineers who are ready to step into professional development organizations and be productive quickly.

Free to Join, Free to Hire

We are still growing our Employer Network and welcome the opportunity to work with employers who are searching for smart, talented and ready-to-work graduates for code-based careers.

We typically allow our apprentices to start interviewing in week nine of our bootcamps. As a part of our Employer Network, you will have access to apprentice biographies and resumes before they hit the open market. Around 80 percent of our apprentices receive offers before the program ends, so being a member of the Employer Network is a significant hiring advantage.

If you have any questions about our Employer Network please contact our Employer Network Managers Kipp Graham at 502.338.5089, Jacob Knight at 502.777.6820, or Matt LoPiccolo at 502.244.9507 to learn more.

What Our Partners Say

“We hired Anna from The Software Guild and she has quickly become our best tester. The program gave her a solid foundation in coding techniques and more importantly taught her how to size up and break down problems. She was able to hit the ground running and handles what has taken other developers on my team months to learn. The next need I have I will look to the Guild first.”

-David Basarab
Software Development Manager

“SG apprentices hit the ground running. There is virtually no ramp up time. Within the first few days, the apprentice is programming and adding immediate value to the project. He or she is already equipped to participate in projects for some of our most challenging client assignments.”
