Shannon Flannery began working with The Software Guild in January 2015. She started in the role of enrollment counselor, assisting potential apprentices through the application process. She’s excited about her position as operations manager, especially because it means continuing to work directly with Guild apprentices. As the main point of contact for all online apprentices, Shannon is eager to answer all questions regarding policies, cohort schedules, financing options and more. She is passionate about working closely with apprentices to ensure they have access to (and know how to utilize) all the information and resources needed to be successful in the online program.
