Amanda Gragg

As the Operations Manager at our Akron location, my role is to coordinate our team of instructors and staff to help provide you the best experience possible both while attending The Guild and as part of our Alumni network. Specifically, I will be your contact in regards to housing needs, policy & finance questions, scheduling, documentation, as well as keeping you informed of upcoming Guild events and other networking opportunities.
The most enjoyable part of my job is getting to know our apprentices. The dedication, effort, and determination that each of you must show to make it through the program is inspiring. It is an honor to take part in your journey as a sympathetic ear when you need someone to talk to or to help celebrate the ‘wins’ of a working project or a job offer!
